DEVWERSE provides digital services including but not limited to web development, SaaS development, AI solutions, automation, data scraping, and UI/UX design. All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work, timeline, and pricing outlined in a project proposal.
Each project begins with a detailed proposal that includes scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. The proposal serves as the binding agreement between DEVWERSE and the client. Any changes to scope after the agreement requires a change order approved by both parties.
Payment terms are specified in the project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as agreed in milestone payments. All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment, the client owns all intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for their project. DEVWERSE retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any data provided by either party.
DEVWERSE's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
